Notification for 39th Circle Conference of the Odisha Circle Branch

            Under the provisions of Article-44 and Article-46 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that the 39^th Circle Conference of the Odisha Circle Branch Association will be held at Balasore on 01-02-2014 (Saturday) and 02-02-2014 (Sunday) with its open session on 02-02-2014 (Sunday) at 10.00 hrs.

1.   Confirmation of proceedings of the 38^th Circle Conference held at Bhubaneswar on 15-01-2012.

2.   Approval of Annual Report of the Circle Branch Association.

3.   Approval of audited accounts and Budget estimates of Circle Branch Association.

4.   Subjects for discussion

        I.    Grade Pay issue of IPs- CAT Case and Merger of Asst Supdts of Posts cadre.

      II.    Cadre Restructuring.

5.   Organizational Review

6.   Financial review of Circle Association.

7.   Approval for Draft Resolutions.

8.   Election of Office bearers for the next term.  

9.   Any other item with permission of the Chair.

The pre-Circle Conference Circle Working Committee Meeting will be held on 01-02-2014 (Saturday) at 11:00 hours at Hotel Fantassy, Balasore to discuss, consider and adopt the Annual Report, Audited Accounts and Budget Estimates to be placed before the Circle Conference.   

All office bearers and CWC members of the Circle Branch Association are requested to attend the pre-Circle Conference CWC on 01-02-2014 and the Circle Conference on 02-02-2014.

All members of the Circle Branch Association are requested to attend the Circle Conference on 02-02-2014 (Sunday) at 10:00 hrs.
