Odisha Circle had approved the transfer of Shri Girish Ch. Sahoo under Rule-38 of Postal Manual Volume-IV . Later on the vacancy was added to the LDCE-2013 due to non-relief of Shri Sahoo by Chhatisgarh Circle.
Note:- The Surplus IPs should check if they have applied for transfer under Rule-38 of Postal Manual Volume-IV to the appropriate authority through proper Channel.

I think Sri Rajendranath Giri, IP, Belda 1st Sub-Divn., Contai Divn. has also applied for mutual/ Rule-38 transfer.

I do not know if Shri Rajendranath Giri is interested for his repatriation to Odisha Circle. I have been told by somebody that he is not interested for his repatriation. If he has applied for his transfer to Odisha Circle then he needs to communicate.
Repatriation case of surplus IPs of 2008 who are/were working in other Circles was taken up with the CPMG, Odisha Circle. Accordingly all four cases who have applied for their transfer were approved. By the time two of them have already joined in Odisha Cicle.
Shri Ranjan Naik withdrew his application later on, and Shri Girisha Ch. Sahu was not relieved by Chhatisgarh Circle.
Again on request of this Association, these two vacancies added to the vacancy of LDCE -2013 for promotion to Inspector Posts otherwise all OC candidates would have been deprived from appearing the LDCE-2013.
