Message for the members of the Odisha Circle Branch Association

As unanimously decided in the CWC  at Bhadrak on 15-09-2013 and confirmed in the CWC at Bhubaneswar on 01-12-2013, all the members are requested to contribute the special donation of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred) only for Biennial Circle Conference to be held at Balasore on 02-02-2014, which can be remitted directly to the Circle Treasurer Shri Bibhudatta Behera, IP (PG), Bhubaneswar Divn., Bhubaneswar-751001 or to the Circle Secretary Shri Pitabasa Jena, ASP(TO), O/o CPMG, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar-751001.  Some amount from the Special Donation will be contributed to Gujrat Circle for forthcoming All India Conference to be held on 7^th and 8^th February, 2013.

All the office bearers and CWC members of the Circle Branch Association are requested to attend the pre-Circle Conference CWC on 01-02-2014 at 11:00 hrs and the Circle Conference on 02-02-2014. Members who are neither office-bearers nor CWC members but willing to join the CWC meeting are also welcome to attend the pre-Circle Conference CWC on 01-02-2013 (Saturday) at 11: hours as invitees.

All the members of this Association are requested to make their travel plan in advance, to submit individual application to their controlling authority for special CL including journey time as admissible under rules referring C.O. Letter No.WL/24-7/2001-Ch-I dated 23/12/2013 and to attend the Circle Conference on 02-02-2014 (Sunday) at 10:00 hrs.
