01/08/2013 Request for adherence of Time-schedule
for preparation / completion of APARs of IPs/ASPs.
Brief:
The time-schedule for preparation / completion of APARs has been prescribed in
Dept. of Per. & Trg. OM dated 23-7-2009. But, in many instances the Reporting
Officers and Reviewing Officers are not strictly adhering to the time line to
complete the APARs. The APARs
of almost all IPs/ASPs of Berhampur Region for the year 2011-12 have not been
completed and disclosed so far to the officers reported upon.
This Association
urges for immediate completion/disclosure of APARs for the year 2011-12 and
requests to put a system in place for monitoring on adherence of Time-schedule
for preparation / completion / disclosure of APARs in future.
Reply:- The APARs in respect of IPs/ASPs of
Berhampur Region for the year 2011-12 were sent to Shri L. Pradhan for
reporting/review and the same are yet to be received at this end. On receipt,
the same will be communicated to the officers concerned. The Officer concerned
has been reminded.
02-08/2013 Request for
convening the Screening Committee meeting for processing the MACP cases of IPs
and ASPs.
Brief:
As per the guidelines, the Screening Committee should met twice in a financial
year – preferably in the first week of January and first week of July
of a year for advance processing of the cases maturing during the
first-half (April- September) and the second-half (October-March) respectively.
This Association urges for convening the Screening
Committee meeting for processing the MACP cases of IPs and ASPs on time.
