Subject:-     Organization of PLI/RPLI Mela at Divisional Level- Request for Postponement thereof.  

Respected Sir, 

          This has a kind reference to Circle Office Letter No.L1/Misc-2/09-10 Ch. IV dated 20/11/2013 wherein the program for holding PLI-cum-RPLI Melas on 14-12-2013, 21-12-2013 and 28-12-2013 has been circulated.

          The Circle Working Committee Meeting of this Association was held on 01/12/2013 at Bhubaneswar. All the members of the CWC have expressed their concern on this issue specially the month of December being the last month of the year for completing the outstanding Annual Inspection of Offices. The CWC has unanimously passed a resolution to request the CPMG for postponement of the said PLI-cum-RPLI Melas.

          Recently, PLI/RPLI mela was organized in the month of Novemeber-2013 in every Division and organization of such melas in such a quick interval will not be successful in achieving the target and divert the mind of the Inspecting Authorities.

           

I, on behalf of this Association request you for postponement of the scheduled PLI-cum-RPLI Melas to January, 2014 and to restrict it to two dates instead of three dates.
