IT Modernisation Project Update #6

 In the IT Modernisation Project, Core Banking Solutions (CBS) Implementation means that the post office will be moving from the existing Sanchay Post Application to the new CBS application called “FINACLE”

 “Go Live day or Roll out day” is the first day when the selected post office starts working on the new CBS application

 We are happy to announce the Rollout of Core Banking Solution (CBS) by Financial Services Integrator (FSI) for selected locations in the Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Maharashtra & Delhi circles

 CBS training of pilot locations for Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Delhi circles is in progress and 38 Post offices (as on 10-02-2014) have been migrated to the new CBS application

 The Financial System Integrator targets to complete the Roll out in 1000 Post offices across the circles by end of March 2014
