The Units were requested vide C.O. Letter No.ST/24-15(1)/2012 dated 31-01-2014 for submission of Special Report, Disc/Vig Clearance, updated APAR Dossier etc. in respect of IPs coming under zone of consideration.

No document has been received by C.O. from Cuttack City Division, Koraput Division, Berhampur Division, Puri Division, Sundergarh Division, Cuttack North Division, Keonjhar Division, Mayurbhanj Division and RO Berhampur. Circle Office has issued reminder vide C.O. Letter even dated 17-02-2014 to the said units for submission of the documents.

The concerned IPs and ASP(HQ)/OSs of the above units are requested to take interest in the matter to ensure early submission of documents to Circle Office.
