CHQ News:-CAT case for upgradation of GP of IPs at Ernakulam Bench....an update

OA No. 289/13 filed by the CHQ has come up before the Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench on 14/8/2013. After hearing the arguments from both the sides, the case has been posted to 4.9.2013 for detailed hearing.
