            I am directed to request that the cases for inter-regional transfer of officers in IP/ASP cadre working in your Region may kindly be forwarded to this office in one lot along with required recommendation or otherwise for approval of the competent authority subject to administrative feasibility latest by 28-02-13. Brief information in respect of each officer seeking inter-regional transfer may also be furnished in the following proforma.
