Odisha Circle lost to West Bengal Circle in the 1^st Semifinal match played at Railway Stadium, Bhubaneswar. Defending champion Gujarat Circle beat last time runners up Rajasthan Circle in the second semifinal match played at IDCO Ground, Bhubaneswar and enters to final. Semifinal match between Rajasthan Circle and Gujarat Circle was reduced from 40 overs to 22 overs due to wet condition of the pitch which was affected by rain.

 The final match between defending champion Gujarat Circle and West Bengal Circle will be held at Barbati Stadium, Cuttack on 18.02.2013. It will be a day & night match and will start at 01:30 PM.

           Odisha Circle will take on Rajasthan Circle at Railway Ground, Bhubaneswar on 18.2.2013 at 9:00AM for the third position.
