No. AIAIPASP/CWC-2/2015 Dated 10/07/2015
Under the
provisions of Article-46 of the Constitution of All India Association of
Inspectors and Asst. Superintendents of Posts, it is hereby notified that a
meeting of the Circle Working
Committee of the Association will
be held on Sunday, the 9th August,
2015 at 10.30 hrs at “Hotel Nandan Residency” (Old Bus Stand), in front of Fire Station and
near Berhampur (Gm) HO, Berhampur.
The agenda for the meeting will be as under:
1.
Confirmation of the proceedings of the last CWC.
2.
Revised Proposal for merger / Restructuring
of Inspector Posts cadre / Brief on Central Working Committee Meeting scheduled
to be held on 25-07-2015 and 26-07-2015 at Trivandrum (Keral).
3.
Brief on development of various issues in the Circle / agendas
taken up at Circle / RO level.
4.
Organizational and Financial Review.
5.
Issues to be taken up with
Administration.
6.
Any other item with the permission of the Chair.
Shri B.B. Mohanty, Former Circle Secretary now SPOs, Bhadrak Division, Bhadrak
and Shri
Ajit Dash, SRM,
RMS ‘BG’ Division, Berhampur(Gm) will be the special invitees/guests in the CWC
meeting.
All
office-bearers, CWC members and all the members of the Association from
Berhampur Region are requested to attend the said meeting.
Members who
are neither office-bearers nor CWC members but willing to join the CWC meeting
(without the provision of special CL) are also welcome to attend the CWC
meeting as invitees.

occasion of holding the CWC at Berhampur.

Dear Jena Baboo,
Thanks for your noble gesture of inviting me to the CWC meeting of the Association being held on 09.08.2015 at Berhampur. I feel honoured by the invitation. I feel proud to be associated with the activities of the Association and wish to be identified through it always as before, though by virtue of so-called seniority I have got myself shifted to another group.
I am a keen observer of the activities of the Association. I am really delighted to observe that the Association under your able leadership is carrying out its activities in the manner it is mandated to function. As an old member of the Association my good wishes will always be with the Association till it maintains its identity not as a superfluous entity to subjugate it to the whims of the elite but as an active forum to get the voices of all those underprivileged heard against the injustice meted out to them.
The Association has now come of age, well-organised and well-managed by the functionaries with matured thinking and behaviour. Now good trend has emerged where young people have volunteered to shoulder responsibility. Undoubtedly, this is a good sign. The Association will set new milestones by the young blood who seem to take their job seriously with a new hope.
It is time, the old horses (of my category) take rest. Accordingly, I wish to take leave from active activities of the Association. I seek your benevolence to grant my wish by allowing me to absent myself in the ensuing CWC meeting of the Association.
I wish all success of the ensuing CWC meeting which is being held on a day historic importance. Kindly convey my greetings to the members of the Association.
