2-6/2013  Provision of Departmental Accommodation for the Office of Inspector of Posts, Patnagarh Sub-Division.

Reply:-Patnagarh MDG is continuing in the existing building where FRAC is yet to be carried out. It has been proposed that IP Office can be accommodated in the present building by de-quarterising the residence. After visit of FRAC, this will be finalized. The FRAC has been requested to visit the proposed building vide SPOs, Balangir No.D/R-6 dated 13-09-2013. Minutes of FRAC will be called for in respect of the new proposed building. The SPOs Balangir will be reminded.

1-8/2013   Request for adherence of Time-schedule for preparation / completion of APARs of IPs/ASPs.

Brief: The time-schedule for preparation / completion of APARs has been prescribed in Dept. of Per. & Trg. OM dated 23-7-2009. But, in many instances the Reporting Officers and Reviewing Officers are not strictly adhering to the time line to complete the APARs. The APARs of almost all IPs/ASPs of Sambalpur Region for the year 2011-12 have not been completed and disclosed so far to the officers reported upon.

This Association urges for immediate completion/disclosure of APARs for the year 2011-12 and requests to put a system in place for monitoring on adherence of Time-schedule for preparation / completion / disclosure of APARs in future.

Reply:-      Fresh APARs will be collected and sent.

2-8/2013    Request for provision of Window facility in Deogarh Sub-Divisional Office and supply of Visitor’s Chair.

Brief: Accommodation available for Deogarh Sub-Divisional Office is insufficient and there is also no available window. There is also requirement of Visitor’s Chair.
  
This Association requests for provision of Window facility in Deogarh Sub-Divisional Office and supply of Visitor’s Chair.

Reply:-      Visitors chair for office of the IP, Deogarh will be supplied soon. The feasibility of providing a window in the office is not possible due to it’s location in the building. However one exhaust fan will be provided in the office.

3-8/2013  Request for supply of furniture to Champua Sub-Divisional Office.

Brief: It is learnt that there is need of furniture like Table for the Sub-Divisional Head, Almirah and Visitor’s Chair at Champua Sub-Division under Keonjhar Division.
  
This Association requests for provision of furniture to Champua Sub-Division under Keonjhar Division.

Reply:-      One table for use of IP, Champua has already been purchased on 16-09-2013. Other items will be supplied.

Courtesy two immediate above postings:
1.The officers who are taking care of all administrative activities on the ground and ensuring achievement of different kinds of targets are also fighting for their basic needs like accommodation, furniture, TA, incentive and even office stationeries. And finally getting Charge sheet, unmindful of extenuating circumstances which often cause omissions.
2.But the agenda above are indicative of apathy of the Divisional Heads towards this Officers. Who to blame?
