Sub:- Request for provision of coolers to Sub
Divisional Offices.
Respected Sir,
You are aware that in the recent years, mercury remaining
constantly above 40 degree Celsius for months in western region of the state. During
summer season the climate is generally very hot and dry in western Odisha. In
the month of May, mercury shoots above 45 degree Celsius in most parts of western Odisha and in
particular places like Titilagarh, Balangir, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Hirakud, Brajarajnagar,
Angul, Talcher, Rourkela etc.
Considering the temperature statistics in the last few years and
the weather forecast, we can anticipate a tough summer ahead for Western Odisha.
I, therefore, on behalf of this
Association would like to request your good self for considering supply of coolers
to all Sub Divisional Offices in Sambalpur Region taking the above facts in to consideration.
