Dear
friends,
The
quantum of punishment to IPs/ASPs as subsidiary offenders even though the
negligence on their part is minor and not directly or indirectly attributable
to the fraud committed by the principal offenders, is definitely the reflection
of punitive mentality of the Administrative Authorities.
The
Association has strongly protested to the untimely transfer and posting orders of
ASPs issued recently and the decision of the competent authority is awaited.
The
first stumbling point is fear. We are free from fear, when we treat
”fearlessness” as our garment to protect us. A trembling hand can never
successfully pour liquid from one vessel into another.
We
have to realize if something has to change, it has to change within us. We have
to start believing ourselves and that will give us immense confidence.
We
will not bow down to adverse circumstances and will conquer them.
Many of us are working extra hard and putting ourselves longer
hours, leaving us with little time to attend to family and personal matters.
Now a day’s stress level at the workplace are
increasing. Therefore we need to work smart, not
long and to take the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) to unwind and
comeback re-energized on Monday.
Take
care..........
With regards,
Fraternally yours,

Very good advice / observation indeed. Commendable leadership quality of the CS is exhibited in this piece of communication. It is time to show strength of unity by protesting against the acts of injustice to IP cadre officials who toil hard day in and day out to cope up with the ever increasing workload single-handedly.
