It is learnt that the Directorate has sought for views of the Heads of the Circles on the issue. Earlier CS, Odisha Circle Branch Association had written to the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle protesting the Directorate order and the said letter was also forwarded by the CPMG to Directorate.
