The new marketing and incentive structure for PLI/RPLI is under Process.

All India Association of Inspectors and Asst Supdts of Posts, Odisha Circle Branch had taken up an agenda with the CPMG in the four monthly meeting for provision of separate establishment and payment of incentive substituting honorarium. 

The CPMG, Odisha Circle has written a DO Letter vide No. LI/1-12/2010 dated 23-04-2013 to the Chief General Manager, Postal Life Insurance Directorate with suggestion to examine the feasibility of raising the upper limit of the honorarium per annum to Rs.10,000/- for this purpose, or otherwise to consider devising an incentive scheme for getting the scrutiny / verification work of proposals collected from various GDS Staff / Direct Agents / Field Officers / Development Officers. 
Now, PLI Directorate has given a reply which is reproduced below:-

Actually, the incentive meant for Sub Divisional Head is for writing confidential report on the insurant. How can it be done away??? CPC will process the applications coming from various sub divisions/sales force and it would be a back office work. Confusing with incentive and honorarium is not correct. We should put forth our demand clearly.
