Under the provisions of Article-46 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Asst. Superintendents of Posts, it is hereby notified that a meeting of the Circle Working Committee of the Association will be held on Sunday, the 8^th April, 2018 at 10.00 hrs at PRC, BhubaneswarGPO.   

The agenda for the meeting will be as under:

1.   Confirmation of the proceedings of the last CWC.

2.   Brief on All India Conference held at Rajgiri (Bihar) on 9^th and 10^th, February, 2018.

3.   Inappropriateness in re-fixation of Pay on grant of Rs.4,600/- Grade Pay to Inspector Posts in 6^th CPC structure.

4.   Hosting of next All India Conference.  

5.   (i) Financial Review, (ii) Various issues in the Circle, iii) Organizational Review

6.   Issues to be taken up with Administration.

7.   Any other item with the permission of the Chair.

All office-bearers, CWC members, local members and interested members are requested to attend the CWC meeting.

ASP (Headquarters) and Office Supervisors who are neither office-bearers nor CWC members, are also requested to attend the CWC meeting as invitees.
