No. AIAIPASP/CWC-1/2018 Dated 25-03-2018

Due to IPPB Master Trainers Training programme at PTC, Darbhanga during the period from 02-04-2018 to 07-04-2018(1^st Batch) and from 09-04-2018 to 14-04-2018(2^nd Batch), the Circle Working Committee Meeting of the Association scheduled to be held on 8^th April, 2018 is hereby postponed.

Under the provisions of Article-46 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Asst. Superintendents of Posts, it is hereby notified that the Circle Working Committee Meeting of the Association will now be held on Sunday, the 22^nd April, 2018 at 10.00 hrs at PRC, Bhubaneswar GPO.   

The agenda for the meeting will be as under:

1.   Confirmation of the proceedings of the last CWC.

2.   Brief on All India Conference held at Rajgiri (Bihar) on 9^th and 10^th, February, 2018.

3.   Inappropriateness in re-fixation of Pay on grant of Rs.4,600/- Grade Pay to Inspector Posts in 6^th CPC structure.

4.   CAT Case vide OA No.1209/2018 filed before Hon’ble Prinipal Bench New Delhi.

5.   Hosting of next All India Conference.  

6.   (i) Financial Review, (ii) Various issues in the Circle, iii) Organizational Review

7.   Issues to be taken up with Administration.

8.   Any other item with the permission of the Chair.

All office-bearers, CWC members, local members and interested members are requested to attend the CWC meeting.

ASP (Headquarters) and Office Supervisors who are neither office-bearers nor CWC members, are also requested to attend the CWC meeting as invitees.
