Sub:- Regarding financial up-gradation under the MACP Scheme-Case of IPs and ASPs.

Respected Sir,

As per the guidelines, the Screening Committee should met twice in a financial year – preferably in the first week of January and first week of July of a year for advance processing of the cases maturing during the first-half (April- September) and the second-half (October-March) respectively.

In Bhubaneswar HQ Region, the Screening Committee which was supposed to meet in July-2014 and January-2015 is yet to be convened for processing the MACP cases of IPs and ASPs which are maturing during October-2014 to March-2015 and April-2015 to September-2015 respectively.  There are also some pending cases for consideration.

May I, therefore, request your good self to look into the matter for an early action?
