Step one in right direction. We should keep faith in the wisdom of our GS and give him every support to push forward. We have a resolution along with a favourable judicial pronouncement.GS should move single-mindedly to achieve the goal.
A GP related resolution passed in a previous CWC was overrode by a mightier group. Some times too much democracy leads to anarchy. If needs,GS should not hesitate to be little autocratic to take decision

There is no necessity to request implementation of CAT order. Implementation of CAT order issued during Oct. 2011 is no way related to merger issue. At least govt. at apex level must pay respect to constitutional authority by taking timely action. Association must bring inaction aspect to the notice of Prime Minister, Communication Minister, Finance Minister and media people. 15 days notice may be served to department as well.

Sir,
Action of GS is highly appreciable. It is late but correct action towards right direction. Please keep watch over proper delivery and movement of said letter. In past several letters & reminders were written by ex. GS to D.G. Posts and all letters appears to have been thrown in dust-been . Hope this time letter of new GS will give result quickly and IPOs will get 4600 GP wef 1.1.2006.

Once again thanks to Ingle Sir.

Please check up whether letter A/T Member(P) has been actually dispatched or otherwise. There is possibility possibility of cheating or fooling IPOs as has been done by ex. GS'S.
