Sir, Kindly inform whether this order has already been carried out in Odisha Circle. Perhaps this has not been circulated to Divisions and Subdivisions in Orissa Circle. As DA on tour is still being sanctioned as it was done earlier i.e. it is not being sanctioned at the enhanced rate of 25% e.g. in Puri Division.

The order has already been circulated to Divisions vide C.O.No.EST/1-50/Rlg/2008 dated 30.01.2012.
