Dear Sri Mohapatra,
As of now, we are not going to demand anything. These are all lollipop kind of things, aimed at achieving the administrative objective of the Department. When Department has vehemently opposed our genuine claim for upgradation of GP, nothing else can fill the gap.
Sincerely,
B B Mohanty

thanks for realisation, but comment not enough ---last thing is what we are doing . I want to ask you ---what's the use of Association . I jioned the department 3 years ago --i have not seen any positive step from Association . Mr Samuel had done the biggest mistake by giving all demand together . But new association leader are doing nothing , the file related GP is in FA and JS for more than one month. I am asking u --what u have done in 4 months except writing commemts ? at the same time what we are doing except reading comment .

Today on the blog of NFPE a letter of DOP with the nomination of committee of official and staff side regarding cadre review of Group C has been published. I had pointed out this immediately on the day of signing of the agreement with national federation of postal employees to take up the case regarding cadre review of IP/ASPs and Group B officers . But our central leadership did not bothered. Now there is no mention of IP/ASP in letter. Now the question arise that where we stand and what is position of our cadre. It appears that our leadership is not able to distinguish between up gradation of GP and Cadre review. Both are different things . I request Mohanty ji as well as other active CSs to pressurised GS to take the matter immediately. Otherwise time will not wait and we will again be left behind as the department consider the conferment of gazetted status to ASP as cadre review. So please think over it.

Dear Mr. Anirban,
When one leader is showing courage to speek his mind and in a mood to revolt he needs support, not unnecessary criticism. What the members have to do is to persuade their respective circle CWC/CS to join hands with Mr. B.B. Mohanty so that his voice will be heard louder, to reach New Delhi.

Dear Anirban!

At last one ASP in Karnataka circle dared to do some thing.
Please see the Karnataka Postal inspectors association blog and read what he has done utilising the facility of RTI act. hats off to him!!

the issue of hike in GP is different from the ohter issues such as daring act of one KNTK ASP by asking info under RIT act or cadre restructure. As The association has very much betrayed the IPs in the hike of GP issue, how can we expect the association to demand cadre restructure from the dept just like NFPE. Hope there come one ASP/IP like ASP of Kerala circle to file a CAT case in respect of all these things.

Association is not betraying, Dear!
We are betraying our selves. Individual members are going on their own way with illusion . But You are going to get nothing if not talking in one voice. We are wise individuals, hence there appear differemt classes having clash :-IP/ASP, Direct/Promotee, Senior/Junior.
Fofget all differences,be one at the circle level first, then will some one will count you as important part of the system. Or else wait till 2016 to have some mercy.

Association is not betraying !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sept ,2004 -- Inspectors of other dept got 6500 -10500 pay scale , what action was taken by Association ? Middle of the 2006 some individual filed CAT .
No representation given by our respected association secretary to Pay Commission . The only representation given for pay parity ---given by ASRM/IRM association secretary .
Mr Samuels had given combined demand only for his personal gain as he was promoted to Group B/SP cadre although many request to him to give separate representation for IP cadre only .
Individual filed cat case on May ,2010 after waiting for 6 month .
Roop Chand ( really Chand ---far away from cadre mind ) has taken charge on 5th April . 5 months over ----- no action taken ----So the last word is
“””””””Association is not betraying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”””””””””””””
