CHQ News:-Resolution regarding allotment/ re- allotment of PSS Gr. B officers and quashing of personnel Division Letter No. 9-23/2014-SPG dated 18.05.2018.

Subject :   Regarding allotment/re-allotment of PSS Gr. B officers and quashing of Personnel Division Letter No. 9-23/2014-SPG dated 18.05.2018 in this regard.

Respected Sir,

                The CWC meeting of ALL India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts was held at Ranchi on 17th and 18th August 2018 and above subject was discussed in detail. After discussion, following  resolution was passed unanimously by the house in the said CWC meeting.

                “Central Working Committee at Ranchi unanimously resolved to request Secretary (P) to revisit the revised guidelines for allotment/re-allotment of Postal Service Group ‘B’ Officers from one Circle/Unit to other Circle/Unit issued vide Personnel Division Letter No.9-23/2014-SPG dated 18-05-2018 to relax the norm of three years for consideration of re-allotment and for special relaxation for those who shall be posted N-E Region. Further, the CWC unanimously resolved to request Secretary (P) to consider for allotment of Postal Service Group ‘B’ Officers in same Circle if the Posts in Home Circle are lying vacant and no other officer is there for repatriation.”

                It is therefore requested to kindly consider the resolution in the interest of service to enhance the productivity and efficiency in quality of service.

                We hope that an early action will be taken by the department.
