It is learnt that Shri V. R. Aravindakshan Nair Sr. Postmaster, Ernakulam HO from Kerala Circle has challenged draft seniority list of PS Gr. B cadre in Hon’ble CAT at Ernakulam Bench. OA was admitted on 8/7/2013 and respondents were directed to prepare revised seniority list considering applicants representation and similar representations submitted by other affected officers and not to proceed with the promotion to Group A process initiated now till the revised seniority list is prepared.

What is the core issue. I think the aggrieved officer is a DPC promotee and the names of all the LDCE promoted officers of exam held in the year 2008 against the vacancies of 2003-2006(combined vacancies) (which was already declared illegal by Madras CAT)have been placed ahead of him. Kindly ascertain and publish for the information of all.
