OA No. 289/13 filed by the Association came up before the Registrar's Court of CAT EKM today. As the Department did not file reply statement, the case has been posted to 04.07.2013 for filing reply by the respondents. It has been ascertained that detailed comments on the OA have been furnished by Directorate and the reply will be filed shortly by Chief PMG Kerala.
