Accommodation of Surplus IPs of 2008 batch working in other Circles under Rule-38 Odisha Circle.

Odisha Circle vide it’s letter No.ST/Rule-38/IP/2012 dated 22/4/2013 had intimated to West Bengal Circle and Chhatisgarh Circle with reference to their letters No.SFA/M-12/IOP(D)/1/2012 dated 7-2-2013 and No.STA 6-8/G.C. Sahoo/2011 dated 5-2-2013 respectively that the following Surplus IPs of 2008 batch working in other Circles can be accommodated in Odisha Circle.

Out of the above four surplus IPs, transfer order of Shri Ganeswar Sahoo and Shri  Minaketan Pradhan under Rule-38 of Postal Manual Vol-IV has been issued vide CPMG, West Bengal Circle Memo No. SFA/M-12/OR(D)/01/2012 dated 28-5-2013 and their posting order has been issued vide Odisha Circle Memo No.ST/20-13/2013 dated 10-06-2013 and 18-06-2013 respectively.

Now Odisha Circle has written to West Bengal Circle and Chhatisgarh Circle vide Letter No.ST/Rule-38/IP/2012 dated 27^th June, 2013 to take immediate action for transfer and relieve of Shri Ranjan Nayak and Shri Girish Ch. Sahoo respectively and to intimate by 05/07/2013 or otherwise these two UR vacancies will be included in the vacancy for filling up through LDCE for promotion to IP Cadre to be held 7^th and 8^th September-2013.
