Sub:- Regarding financial up-gradation under the MACP Scheme-Case of IPs and ASPs.

Respected Sir,

As per the guidelines, the Screening Committee should met twice in a financial year – preferably in the first week of January and first week of July of a year for advance processing of the cases maturing during the first-half (April- September) and the second-half (October-March) respectively.

It is understood that, the Screening Committee which was supposed to meet in July-2017, January-2018 and July-2018 is yet to be convened for processing the MACP cases of IPs and ASPs which are maturing during October-2017 to March-2018, April-2018 to September-2018 and October-2018 to March-2019 respectively.  There are also some pending cases for consideration.

I, therefore, request your good self to look into the matter for an early action.
