- Members who are interested to attend the All India Conference scheduled to be held at Rajgiri (Bihar) on 9th and 10th February, 2018 as delegates are requested to plan in advance and to book their Tickets. Nearest Railway Station is "Gaya". List of the delegates is to be submitted to Bihar Circle well in advance. Interested members are requested to inform the Circle Secretary by 30-12-2017.
- Next Biennial Circle Conference of Odisha Circle Branch is most likely to held on 4th February, 2018 (Sunday) at Bhubaneswar (Press Club of Odisha). Notification will be issued shortly.
- Bihar Circle has issued coupon for All India Conference to Odisha Circle with an expectation of at least Rs.30,000/- from Odisha Circle. You all know that as a set principle we are not in favour of selling coupons.Therefore, we have to donate from our Fund.
- As decided in the CWC at Sambalpur all members are to contribute Rs.1,000/- for Circle Conference and donation for All India Conference. It can be deposited directly in POSB Account No. 0743253167 and the photocopy of counter foil or message regarding deposit may be shared in the WhatsApp. Amount can also be remitted directly to the Circle Secretary (Pitabasa Jena, ASP, Cuttack East Sub-Division, Cuttack-753001) or Treasurer (Bijay Ku. Pradhan, Manager, NSH, Bhubaneswar-751001) through eMO.
