CHQ News:-Release of extended panel result / holding of supplementary DPC for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the vacancies of 2016-17

Directorate vide Memo No. 9-14/2016-SPG dated 20/6/2017 has accepted the requests of the following officers declining their promotion to PS Gr. B cadre ordered under memo No. 9-14/2016-SPG dated 9/12/2016 and memo No. 9-02/2015(I) dated 9/6/2016. Now, there are 18 clear vacancies are available for issue of promotion order in the cadre of PS Gr. B either through extended panel or by convening of supplementary DPC. CHQ has already requested Directorate to convene the supplementary DPC.

On 14/7/2017, Directorate has called for following information from circles to promote the officers against the declination.

1.   Total sanction strength …….. Approved PS Gr. B officer as on 1/7/2017 (including officers working in JTS cadre on adhoc basis)

2.   Regular vacancy as on 1/7/2017 ………..

3.   Regular vacancy as on 1/8/2017 (anticipated)……..(Reason for anticipated vacancy ……………………………..)

Directorate has also called for the vigilance clearance from the concerned circle in respect of officer/s who is/are in the zoc.

All Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers are directed to meet the their circle administration and ensure submission of above information at the earliest to the Directorate and put the details on CHQ whatsApp group.
