As all of you know the decision for contribution of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand
Only) as special donation for raising the fund position of the Association
(Circle Branch) and to donate some
amount to CHQ was taken in the CWC dated 04-09-2016 at Puri. Odisha Circle Branch Association has already contributed donation to the tune of Rs.31,000/- (Thirty One Thousand only) to the CHQ on 05-11-2016.
There are around 40 members who have not paid the amount so far. These
members of the Association are requested to remit the special donation of
Rs.2,000/- by 15th December, 2016.
The amount can also be credited in the SB Account No:0743253167 (Bhubaneswar GPO) in any CBS
Post Office and the photocopy/scanned copy of the pay-in-slip may kindly be
sent through email to jpitabasa@gmail.com and / or pitabasa.j@indiapost.gov.in for issuance of receipt and
