CHQ News:-Filing of CAT case at Ernakulam Bench is badly delayed.

All members and Circle Secretaries of our Association are aware that it was already decided in the Central Working Committee Meeting held at Shirdi that "Association is against the merger of IP/ASP cadre and support to Mr. Permanand financially to file another OA in Hon’ble CAT Ernakulam bench jointly". It was also decided that big Circles will deposit / remit Rs. 10000/- and small Circles will remit Rs. 5000/- as donation amount directly in CHQ Account standing at State Bank of India (A/C No. 32353016466 having IFS Code No. SBIN0001467 in the name of Vilas S. Ingale and Santosh S. Kulkarni) at Vakola Branch Mumbai through Core Banking and will intimate the details of amount remitted to General Secretary over his mobile number to enable him to put the details thereof on Associations Blog and to maintain the account. But as on date out of 22 Circles, only 5 Circles have come forward and remitted their quota as assured. It is once again requested to all Circle Secretaries to remit their quota at the earliest to enable to proceed further in the GP issue. Advance amount is to be paid to lawyer.

Though Odisha Circle Branch has a view of accepting merger with / without retention of Gazetted status to the existing ASPs to get the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-which was not accepted by majority opinion again,  Odisha Circle believes in greater flexibility to get the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- for Inspector of Posts at any cost. Odisha Circle has already deposited Rs.10,000/- on 17.11.2012 in the above mentioned Account for the purpose.

It is to mention that though Odisha Circle is not a big Circle but it has contributed highest amounts to CHQ towards CHQ quota in last 4/5 years. Odisha Circle is expecting the CHQ to emphasize on collection of CHQ quotas from all the Circle branches proportionately.
