OA No.381/10 on GP issue in Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench due for hearing on 22.11.2010 could not be heard in absence of Division Bench. The next date of posting will be known within a day or two. Moreover, the Respondents have not yet filed reply to the Additional Rejoinder. There is possibility that Respondents may seek one or two weeks time to file their reply.
