Orders are already issued by Orissa Circle for supply of computers to Sub-Divisional Offices. Most of our SDIs are yet to avail of the benefit of the orders. Furniture is something which is to be decided at DO level in coordination with Divisional Heads who
have now enhanced financial power to meet the expenses on supply of furniture. Agenda on this point was also taken up with DPS(HQ).Inspectorial Staff should initiate action at their own level to get things done instead of depending on Circle Office orders for everything which is not possible always for obvious reasons. Not all Heads of Circles are as generous as that of AP.
