The file sent to Kolkata has not yet been cleared by CPMG. The CPMG is busy this in connection with the Business Meet a Kochi (which is being held right now and will continue upto 09.04.2008) and visit of Member I & FS), Postal Services Board to Orissa from 09.04.2008. We may have to wait till third week of this month to get the transfer orders of ASPs.
Processing of promotion of ASPs to Gr.B on adhoc basis has been started. So also the cases of Gr.B to JTS cadre on adhoc basis. Transfers of Gr.B officers is linked to adhoc promotion, as it appears. This is expected to materialise also in third week of April 2008.

Kindly mke some effort for DPC for the Promotion of Inspectors to ASPos Cader by which Some Inspectors may get chance to work as ASPOs.
