It is learnt from Postal Directorate that CRs / APARs from following Circles are yet to be received for which DPC for PS Gr.B promotion is getting delayed.
1) Andhra Pradesh 2) Assam 3) J&K 4) Madhya Pradesh 5) Maharashtra 6) Rajasthan 7) Uttar Pradesh 8) Uttarakhand 9) West Bengal.
