No new agenda was taken up by the Association this time. However, the following issues were discussed during the meeting.

• Provision of standard accommodation with other facilities for functioning of Sonepur Sub-Divisional Office.

• Maintenance of Inspection Rooms at RMS ‘K’ Division, Jharsuguda and at Divisional Office, Sundargarh.

PMG, Sambalpur has assured to look into the matter.
