It is appreiciable that at least the issue of IP/ASP of TN circle on cluster policy has been taken with Dte, however,in second para of the letter in question is indirectly inviting trouble for other circle.
The content of the letter is ambiguity.It is not understood whether issue raised is for welfare or digging grave for others.
IF comments are called in future before addressing letter to Dte a draft copy may please be send on blog and comments should be received within stipulated period say 3 days.
Dear Sharmaji, I agree with your comment. I also feel New GS appears is interested to dig grave for others as he is expecting Gr.B promotion in near future and never moved out of one city i.e. Mumbai and earned 30% HRA since induction in IP cadre. He appears least bothered about others.
