date after date , month after month, the CAT case is being adjourned. it reminds the famous Hindi Film" DAMINI". Can we still have faith in Indian Judiciary.
Why do the applicant's and respondent's counsel, seek adjournmnet after adjournment and how does CAT permit it even after pronouncing thrice already that no more adjournments will be permitted?

now the time has come to file MA for hearing of the case.
