1.DPC for regular promotion has not been conducted since one and half year.LDCE posting orders issued.Whether DPC qualified officers will not loose seniority.Why both the DPC/LDCE officers were not posted at a time.
2.LDCE qualified officials were alloted to home circle.While in case of qualified GR-B from IP cadre/regular DPC the officers were allotted to other circles in past and it was precedence.where the rule goes now?Senior officers were now working outside,why they did not re-allotted like from AP to TN circle.
What action has been taken by CHQ?
