Hearing of the OA No.381/2010 in the matter of GP issue of IPs in Hon'ble CAT, Ernakulam Bench was not held on 21.10.2010. The case has been posted to 22.11.2010 for final hearing. In the meantime one week time to Applicants for filing additional rejoinder and two weeks time to Respondents to file reply to the additional rejoinder have been given.

1 Today I was going through the blog of AP Circle . I was stunned to see the brave and most awaited actiuon ion b by the CS AP Circle . All the members of association were awaiting such strong action from the Central leadership but inspite of your and Shri Harimohanji inspiring posting on the blog, GS took no action on the resentment pointed out by you and Punjab circle . The way Shri Shabbir has united his circle is example that if we are united no one can stop to get what we demand . I hope the action of CS AP circle will definitely compel the Dte to this over . But what the other CS of the circle are doing . It may be seen the AP Circle has taken the stand after due information to the GS . Now the question is what the CS of other circles are doing ?
Dear Mohantyji and Harimohan , members are waiting for your views on action of CS AP Circle . Please post your views . Whether you supporting CS AP Circle . Today the association of IP / ASP is the verge of division and keeping this united is utmost responsibility. Only way is to bring the impeachment motion against the ineffective inefficient General Secretary who has no guts to write to Secretary Madam about the point of resntments among the members. I request you to post your views positively
