As mentioned earlier the OA No.381/2010 in the Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench is posted for hearing on 03.08.2010. In the meanwhile the CPMG, Kerala Circle has filed the counter on 28.07.2010 on behalf of the Respondents. The Govt. has opposed the OA tooth and nail mentioning that the IPs are not eligible to get GP of Rs.4600/-. All eyes are now on the outcome of the OA in the Hon'ble CAT.

The double standard of the Dept. has been surfaced.
As per open announcement by Honourable DG (POST) in the last All India Conference, the file submitted to Ministry of Finance,Govt of India with strong recommendations in favour of IP for the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- received back with some queries or other for thrice.Hence She is helpless in this matter and suggested for making lobies at regional levels meeting with Local M.Ps. Even after such open announcements if the counter filed in the Tribunal is against the Justice of IPs, then the it is cristal clear that the top officers of the Department are only for the betterment of their counterparts with the blood and sleep of the Lower Officers/Officials.However to proove the counter Fake/ or false verification, it is the most important and crucial point the the said file (complete in all respect) returned back thrice or more from the Ministry of Finance be called for through the Tribunal as a part of rejoinder.Perhaps this will be helpful in the case.
