A special commemorative postage stamp on Rath Yatra will be released by Sri Gurudas Kamat, Hon'ble Minister of State for Communications and IT on 12.07.2010 at 11.30 hrs in a state level function at Jaydev Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.
Sri Naveen Patnaik, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Orissa will be the Chief Guest in the function.
