            Under the provisions of Article-44 and Article-46 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that the 40^th Circle Conference of the Odisha Circle Branch Association will be held at Bhubaneswar on 06-02-2016 (Saturday) and 07-02-2016 (Sunday) with its open session on 07-02-2016 at 10.00 hrs.

1.   Confirmation of proceedings of last CWC held at Bhubaneswar on 15-11-2015.

2.   To discuss, consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Circle Branch Association to be placed before the Circle Conference.

3.   Approval of audited accounts and Budget estimates of Circle Branch Association to be placed before the Circle Conference.

4.   Any other item with permission of the Chair.
