Respected Sir/Madam,

All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, Odisha Circle Branch is going to hold its 40^th Circle Conference on 07-02-2016 (Sunday) with Pre-Circle Conference CWC on 06-02-2016. In this connection kindly find attached the notification.

The Circle conference which is now held once in two years is a rare occasion for all the IPs and ASPs of the Circle to being a participant in the Circle Conference to share the ideas and to feel the togetherness.

I, therefore, request you not to engage any IP/ASP on any work on 06-02-2016 and 07-02-2016 and not to schedule any PLI/RPLI/SB Mela(s) on these two dates so as to enable them to participate in the Circle Conference.
