Sub:- DPC for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the year 2014-15 – Submission of wanting ACR/APAR and reports on ACR/APAR discrepancy pointed out by Directorate.

Respected Sir,
It is learnt that Odisha Circle is yet to submit the wanting ACR/APAR and reports on ACR/APAR discrepancy pointed out by Directorate. This is causing inordinate delay in holding of DPC by Directorate for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the year 2014-15. The delay in submission of documents and holding of DPC will deprive the officers from getting annual increment on 01/07/2015 in PS Group-B scale if they fail to join before 31st of December, 2014 and will also affect the consequential benefit of getting GP of Rs.5400/- after four years of qualifying Service.

This Association is consistently urging to put a system in place for monitoring on adherence of Time-schedule for preparation / completion /disclosure of APARs. In this connection Four monthly meeting agenda No.1-10/2013 regarding non-completion of APARs for the year-2011-12 in respect of all IPs/ASPs of Berhampur Region, Sambalpur Region and IPs/ASPs for whom the DPS (BD/Technology) was the reviewing authority may kindly be referred to. Copy of minutes of last four monthly meeting is attached.

I, on behalf of this Association, request for taking urgent action to avoid any further delay in submission of wanting ACR/APAR and reports on ACR/APAR discrepancy pointed out by Directorate.

          With profound regards,
Yours sincerely,

(Pitabasa Jena)
Circle Secretary
