Divisional Heads in HQ Region have been asked by C.O to make local officiating arrangement against vacant posts of IPs in Divisions

C.O.  letter is reproduced below:-

Sub:     Local officiating arrangement against vacant posts of IPs in Divisions reg.

            It has been decided to make local officiating arrangement from among eligible and willing officials of PA/SA cadre observing usual formalities against vacant posts of IP cadre on short term basis not exceeding eleven months or till posting of approved officials whichever is earlier.

I am directed to request you  to call for applications from eligible officials   willing to officiate against vacant post(s) of IP cadre of your division on short term basis immediately.

Details of officials selected for officiating arrangement may be intimated to this office for approval. The whole exercise may be completed within 5-9-12 positively.
