In partial modification of C.O. Memo No.ST/20-15(3)/2012 dated 02.07.2012, Shri Simanchal Kar, ASP now on deputation to APS on his discharge from APS w.e.f. 31^st July, 2012, is posted as DPM, Bhubaneswar GPO vide C.O . Memo No.ST/24-15(2)/2010 dated 18.07.2012.
