Nothing better than this was expected from circle administration. Both directors hail from HQ region and accordingly keeping their vested interest allotment has been made. Officials allotted to Berhampur region may not accept the responsibility as they belong to other circles and there is no charm of working in IP post. The worst sufferer will be Berhampur region but we cannot protest since all our union office bearers including circle secretary belong to HQ region. This is complete injustice and distribution should have been made proportionately by combining the candidates of orissa circle and of other circles evenly among three regions. Simply distributing the candidates of other circles to Berhampur region shows step motherly attitude and lack of IQ.
I congratulate my colleagues to the new assignment.Let us work together for the development of the department.welcome to the new allottees of Berhampur Region.
Dear Anonymous,
I have published your protest so that everybody can know.I appreciate the comments against me but I have no desire to join issue with you. Please let me know if the members like you want me to quit now ahead of Annual Circle Conference on 26-27 August, for not being able to work properly to meet expectations and aspirations of individual members and group of members of different Regions.
I wish, the next CS should take care of the things that I have failed to do.
Please be brave enough to disclose your identity, particularly when criticising others.
With all the best to you and to the future of the Association.
Sincerly,
B B Mohanty
CS, AIAIASP, Odisha Circle Branch
What this gentleman has tole is partially correct, but as CS is not a party to any such decision it is wrong to blame him. Let it not be a blame game like politicians, healthy comments will definitely be good for the syatem also.
Some comments are posted anonymously despite repeated requests to disclose identity while posting comments. CS has no hesitation in posting comments in favour or against him but uncharitable comments directed at individuals will not be published. So is the cases of comments which attract controversy.
Previously CS had published some comments against him to enable the members to judge the things in their own way. In fact criticisms of constructive nature help rectify mistakes. But it will be fair if persons making comments mention their identity.
