7% DA hike due from 01.07.2011, to be declared in September 2011

Dearness Allowance from 01.07.2011 will rise to 58% against present rate of 51% as per the AICPIN . 
The enhanced rate of 7% will be declared by the Govt. in second week of September 2011.
