It is learnt from these officials that no disciplinary / vigilance case is pending against them nor is there any valid ground whatsoever in accordance with rules to debar them from ad hoc promotion. Prima facie omission of these officials is guided by prejudice rather than the rule of law.
I would therefore, request your goodself to have a relook into the matter to deliver justice in accordance with rules.
With regards,
Yours faithfully,

the senior question was already disposed by autocracy in the mask of nontable spoons?Have u not seen in a number of regions a number of honest group b superintendents were forced from 2006 - 2010 to work under their own asps officiating as asst.directors much against natural justice with remarkable benefits like 20 to 30%
HRA for years together and retired. ultimatrly the seniors honest and intelligent officers retired voluntarily? are u not seeing this in uttara pradesh, west bengal, assam, rajastha, andhrapradesh? r u not aware these facts are known to the madam? and TKC? what is required is chamchagiri and not honesty and intelligence.
